YOGA classes for Women

Mrs.Bala has started yoga classes for women 3 weeks ago free of cost. Timings of the classes are from 9.00 a.m to 10.00a.m Monday to friday. ladies who are interested are welcome to join. Its highly appreciated that Mrs. Bala has collated all yoga excercises which are relevant for ladies.

Pranayama,tummy related excercises, surya namaskar are few of the yoga we do in the class.

Most important par of the class- she asked a GURUDAKSHINA which was really unique, she has asked us to dedicate 2 hours for any social activity once in a month.

Diet and low calorie food suggestions are also discussed during the sessions.

Not only our ABHYUDAYA ladies but other ladies in the GG community and from adjacent apartments are attending these classes.

We all thank Mrs.Bala for her sincere and selfless efforts.
